When you have a small business, the survival of your company depends solely on the fire and passion burning in you to succeed. You have to want to succeed and think of some new way to progress every day. Some people think that when you own your own business, you get to set your own hours. No, it means that you are always working all hours. You have to enjoy what you do in order to work on your business. notice that I said on your business. You canot work on your business if you are working in your business. Which is why you have to get to where you have the right people in place in order for you to work on your business.
